I liked coucous better in my memory.

Now it tastes like porridge and seems pre-digested.

I love couscous. How did you cook it?

Coucous is super nasty.

What's wrong with rice and pasta?

I cooked it straight out the box. Bring to boil, remove from heat, cover, let sit for five minutes, fluff with a fork. It was dismal.

Rice is good; pasta tastes the same as gum that's lost its flavour.

ewwww, I dislike couscous, I think it stems from the time I was in Morrocco and they served it with chicken BRAINS!

Yeah, so no couscous for me ever again.

Trying cooking your couscous with vegetable broth instead of plain water. Or I do have a recipe for a delicious couscous salad.

Or you can just carry on with your dislike for couscous. Which would probably just be easier for you.

:)

Thanks for the suggestions, Jen. I have another box, so I'll try it with vegetable broth. It may be hard to keep an open mind about it, but I'll see what I can do.
