Don't eat the McCain cake

The lovely texture, flavour and colour are all courtesy of BEEF GELATIN.

Yummers.

I'm not sure the difference between beef gelatin and regular gelatin, but regular gelatin is the sticky mess you get when you boil horse or cow bones in water.

Gelatin is in Jello, lots of chewy candies, marshmellows and even in some of the capsules vitamins come in. But it should never, ever be in a cake, unless the cake is made of Jello or gummy worms.

I think I'll still enjoy the cake. I mean I eat the other parts of the cow so why not gelatin that comes from it? Waste not want not, or something like that.
