Flying with Icarus and Daedalus

For $5 it would be a terrible shame not to go up in a hot air balloon. The balloon will be teathered, which is kind of lame, but at least it won't take all day to get back down and at least the chances of hitting a power pole are minimal.

If I see you from up in the clouds, I'll make sure to wave.

*Unfortunatley we got nowhere near close enough to the sun to melt any homemade sets of wings.

Maybe 4 stories. It seemed more like looking out the window at my dad's office than like a bona fide adventure.

Jordan and I went on a hot air balloon ride across the city. It was November, freezing cold and took about an hour. But it was beautiful and we did it for FREE because Re/Max sent us up in their balloon while I worked there.

That sounds cool, Jen. And authentic. Mine was more of a make-believe you're going for an air-balloon ride. I bet you liked having the fire blowing on your neck a lot more than I did :)
